Few private estates boast a spa quite as sumptuous as the Artspa. An elegant building just a few minutes stroll from most properties, the Artspa offers two heated pools – both indoor and outdoor – and, for warmer weather, a natural plunge pool surrounded by reeds and water-lilies.
Inside, you can choose an energetic session in the gym or to unwind in the sauna and steam room. A range of treatments, including aromatherapy, Indian head massage and hot stone therapy, are also available – whether you need to relax or re-energise.
Outdoor activities include walking, cycling, fishing, tennis, yachting and bird watching - in fact, anything you, your family and friends wish to organise within the harmony of the surrounding environment.
Cycle Hire:

We have a limited number of mountain bikes for hire, which are perfect for simply getting around the Estate, or for the more ambi-tious, perhaps venturing a little further afield. You will be pleased to know that the Estate is pretty flat and is therefore ideal for cycling.
Cost: £ 15 per bike for a weekend/midweek break.
£ 25 per bike, for a 7 day holiday.
Canoe / Kayak Hire:
Description:
We have a limited number of “sit on top” Canadian style canoes/kayaks for use on the lakes at the Estate.
Hire includes the loan of an appropriate life jacket and a paddle. Great fun if you don‟t mind getting a little wet !
Please note that this is for relatively experienced users only ,as no instruction is given and users undertake this activity entirely at their own risk.
Cost: £ 65 per canoe for a weekend/mid week break.
£ 85 per canoe, for a 7 day holiday.
