Swimming Pools:
There are two large 25m luxury slate lined swimming pools – one indoor and the other outdoor, both are heated to a comfortable temperature year round.
In addition, we also have the UK’s first eco-pool, surrounded by reeds and water lilies. A freshwater swimming pool purified entirely by plants and completely free of any chemicals, which just has to be experienced !
For the really brave, try plunging in after you have been in the sauna !
Inside the Spa building there is a sauna, steam room, library, lounge area and a number of treatment rooms, together with luxurious shower facilities and changing rooms.
Gymnasium:
The fitness studio houses a fully equipped gymnasium, with top of the range Technogym cardiovascular and resistance equipment as well as a large selection of free weights.
